Because this is a handmade product, please allow 1-2 weeks for creation and shipment. Every effort will be made to get your wonderful new artisan jewelry to you as soon as possible! Shipping is $5 and actual shipping times vary based on the USPS postal schedule. Tracking is included with every shipment.
All sales are final unless your pieces arrive damaged. Notice of defective items must be received within 10 days of purchase and returned via USPS First Class Mail within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement or exchange will be issued upon inspection of the piece. We are not responsible for misdirected, late, or lost returned items. Customer pays for return mail and must include tracking. Reimbursement for return postage will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the piece.
