What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
The still and moving media on the site is uploaded and approved by the artist. Media upload by others is not permitted.
Contact forms
Personal data is captured when you submit a contact form, and we keep it for up to one year. We keep contact form submissions for this period for customer service purposes, and we do not use the information submitted through the contact forms for marketing purposes and we will never share the information with a third party vendor.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Embedded content from other websites

Who we share your data with
We never share your data with third party providers with the exception our of payment processors Square and PayPal. In order to process our financial exchange, by necessity, data shared with Square and PayPal include your credit card information, name, address, and phone number. “To protect Square account holders and their customers, all information our customers submit is encrypted to our servers, regardless of whether you’re using a public or private WiFi connection or a data service on your phone (such as 3G, 4G or EDGE). Square complies with all required PCI standards. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your data is protected using a secure connection certificate (SSL) and by lencryption and firewall deterrents from our commerce vendors Square and PayPal.
What data breach procedures we have in place
Through our eCommerce partners Square and PayPal, we employ a host of fraud protections data breach protections. Should we experience a breach where your personal information may have been compromised, you will receive an email from us explaining the situation and measures we have taken to protect your data and identity.
What third parties we receive data from
We do not share our data with third parties nor do we receive data from third parties. We’re a small shop that values our customer service. Part of that service means we actively protect you from unnecessary solicitations because of your business with us.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
We do not use automated profiling and we certainly make no decisions through automated means. If you receive offers from Twelfth House Designs it’s because we want to interact with you. There is a person on the other end of the interaction, not a machine or algorithm.

Our transactions through Square and PayPal complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
